ಸಮಗ್ರ ನ್ಯೂಸ್: ಮಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಹಂಪನಕಟ್ಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಮಂಗಳೂರು ವಿವಿ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಜಾಬ್‌ಗೆ ಕೆಲವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವಿರೋಧ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ನಡೆಸಿರುವ ಪ್ರಕರಣವು ಗಂಭೀರಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಮುನ್ನ ದ.ಕ. ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ತಕ್ಷಣ ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಬಗೆಹರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ವಿಧಾನ ಸಭೆಯ ವಿಪಕ್ಷ ಉಪನಾಯಕ ಯು.ಟಿ.ಖಾದರ್ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

.ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗುರುವಾರ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ರವಿ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರನ್ನು ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಸದಸ್ಯ ನಸೀರ್ ಅಹ್ಮದ್ , ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ಜಬ್ಬಾರ್ ಜೊತೆ ಭೇಟಿಯಾಗಿ ಧಾರ್ಮಿಕ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಎಳೆದು ತಂದು ಗೊಂದಲ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಕೂಡಲೇ ಮಧ್ಯ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ ಕಾಲೇಜು ಪ್ರಾಂಶುಪಾಲರು, ಕಾನೂನು ತಜ್ಞರ ಜೊತೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಗೊಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗದಂತೆ ನೋಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದರು.

Is the college prospectus superior to Constitution or High court…!!!???
High court order to be strictly implemented.
Highcourt also observed that neither Burqa nor Hijab a must costume on any religion. Hence it’s better option to ban them in all public places.
